I went there about a week in advance of a big event. I actually called first and asked Steven if he could fill my order and he said yes. I went in and gave him and he said he’d email the prices later. He didn’t and I should have backed out then. In any case the next day I emailed him with the designs I needed and he gave me his prices and I had about two days before my event and he said he could have everything done in one day. The next day came and went. I called and no response the entire day. The next day, which is the day of my event. I called. No answer. Went by there and an employee had no record of my order and said Steve would be in later. Endless to say I didn’t get my order before my 12 o’clock event and I have yet to hear anything from Steve. This was my experience. He does y deserve a star but looks like I have to add one.
